Taylor Made is an approved WorkCover Queensland Provider, which means we can step in and run the return-to-work side of the claim end-to-end, so your business stays focused on the work while the injured person is supported through to full duties.

How we manage a claim

• Initial review - sit down with the injured worker, the supervisor and the treating practitioner to understand the injury, the prognosis and the realistic return-to-work timeline
• Suitable duties plan - written, signed off by the treating doctor, and matched to real tasks at your site, not generic light-duty templates
• Communication with WorkCover - claim documentation, progress reports, case manager liaison, IME coordination when needed
• On-site monitoring - regular check-ins with the worker and supervisor to make sure the plan is being followed and adjusted as recovery progresses
• Close-out and learning - once the worker is back on full duties, what does the incident tell us about the original work, the controls, the supervision? Findings fed back into your safety system

Why it matters to your premium

WorkCover premiums are driven by claim cost and claim duration. A worker on long-term modified duties under an active RTW plan is significantly cheaper to your business than the same worker off work entirely. Genuine return-to-work isn't just the right thing to do for your people - it directly protects your premium.
